DESCRIPTION

MILTECH™406 rugged, military-grade communication grid combines LAN, USB, serial communication and SMBus in a single, lightweight, small form factor. All “future soldiers” will be outfitted with a myriad of electronic devices, such as a navigation systems, battery packs, headsets, warning sensors, video visor for weapons, night vision glasses and many more items necessary for “next gen” warfare. The MILTECH 406 is specifically designed to connect all these devices and deliver full communication to foot and dismounted soldiers. Weighing less than .5 lbs and having a form factor of 3.8” x 3.07” x .98”, the small form factor and light weight make it an ideal communications grid that can be carried in smart combat vests by soldiers.
