With board-to-board connectors, hardened component and conformal coating, all of our PCB-level Ethernet switch-on-boards deliver a robust switching solution for industrial, transportation and mining IP-enabled embedded communications backplane.
Today’s industrial automation relies heavily on Ethernet-based communication between automation control and peripheral subsystems. Transportation systems must now integrate sensors, on-board computers, communications systems, and surveillance networks.
In any of these environments, any component must stand up to the heat, vibration, particle contamination and meet high reliability standards to deliver lossless Ethernet between critical devices.
Our PBC-based Ethernet switches and routers enables network switching capabilities to be quickly added through custom interfaces to any embedded environment. A conformal coating enables every switch to stand up to extreme vibration and environmental elements and are rated to work in temperatures from -45℃ to +85℃ . All embedded switches comply to MILSTD-810F/GM and MILSTD-461E when housed in an appropriate enclosure.
